Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Pre-order items require additional processing time, which will be listed on the product page.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made or prepared after purchase. Estimated shipping time is 4–6 weeks, but this is an estimate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production or logistics.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
International Shipping

Incorrect or Damaged Items
